Austin, TX (March 7, 2023) – Texans for Healthcare Access today issued the following statement applauding Senator César Blanco after the introduction of the HEAL (Healthcare Expanded & Accessed Locally) Texans Act, S.B. 1700, which would help alleviate our state’s healthcare workforce shortage and expand quality, local healthcare options for patients.
